Creating a male involvement friendly Early Childhood Program requires planning, work, and commitment. Engaging fathers (custodial and non-custodial) as well as other father figures that are in the child’s life not only contributes to the well-being of the child, but it also impacts the entire family and community. Participates will learn ways to create an environment in your program where fathers and father figures are welcomed, valued, and respected.
